Catch of the Hour works with many suppliers - which is why we are in a position to offer such low prices for each of our products. All products are sent directly from our suppliers following your order.
Shipping time is country specific (see below). When ordering, your confirmation email is the receipt for your purchase and contains your personal order number.
On most of our products, you will also receive a tracking number which allows you to track your order direct from supplier to you. If you have not received this number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Multiple Product Orders
Ordered multiple products and only received some of them in the package? Not to fear - sometimes we send products separately which may result in staggered arrivals by a few days. Your full product order will be with you shortly.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 3 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
Estimated Shipping Times:
All orders are shipped according to the fulfilment centre the product is from. While most orders arrive in 5-10 days following processing, depending on the suppliers, there may be additional delays.
- United States: 5-20 days
- Average transit times Internationally: 12 - 40 days
These dates are in business days from the date you receive your shipping info. These times does not include processing times prior to shipping the order. These times are estimates only and do not account for postal delays, weather, customs problems or holidays.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email email@example.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
